1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in to, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the we333 platform (accessible at we333.club and all related sub-domains and services), you enter into a legally binding agreement with we333 and its operating entity. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the we333 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and we333.

Your continued use of the we333 platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. we333 recommends that you review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The we333 platform is available to natural persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are registering and playing of your own free will and exclusively for personal entertainment.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, a third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from we333 or any other affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or close family member of a we333 employee or associated software provider.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.

we333 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process prior to first withdrawal. we333 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time during a player's use of the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of we333 services, including real-money gambling, you must register for a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) we333 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your we333 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. we333 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your we333 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify we333 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
• Non-Transferable: Your we333 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other party.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

we333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 (or the cryptocurrency equivalent). The following terms apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in your own name. we333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment processors (other than cryptocurrency), or payment methods belonging to other individuals.
• Deposits are credited to your we333 wallet upon confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations.
• we333 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers, banks, or blockchain networks are not the responsibility of we333.
• we333 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.
• Deposited funds must be used for gambling purposes on the we333 platform. Using the platform as a mechanism for currency conversion or fund transfer without genuine gambling activity is prohibited.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from we333 are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification: All withdrawals require completion of we333's KYC verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed to unverified accounts.
• Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Wagering Requirements: Where a withdrawal request is made in conjunction with an active bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before the withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Processing Times: Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed on the same business day for verified accounts submitting requests before 18:00 PKT. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours.
• Minimum and Maximum Amounts: Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily limits are published in the Cashier section of the we333 platform and may be amended from time to time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

we333 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered by we333:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game contributions, and time limitations as specified in the bonus-specific terms published on the we333 promotions page at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• we333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes withdrawal of a bonus from a player's account if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse.
• A player may only claim each welcome bonus once. Bonuses may not be claimed by players who have previously held a we333 account under any identity.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, use of neutral or zero-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, and collusion with other players, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

7 Casino Gameplay Rules

All casino games offered on the we333 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The following rules apply to all casino gameplay:

• Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by we333 or any external party after the round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incomplete game round, the bet will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance.
• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. Actual returns to individual players will vary due to the random nature of game outcomes.
• Bets placed using funds that exceed a player's available real-money or bonus balance will be voided.
• we333 reserves the right to void any bet or reverse any win where a game has been played using a technical error, software bug, or published incorrect paytable.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The we333 sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (including PSL and international series), kabaddi, football, UFC, and other sports. The following rules govern sports betting on we333:

• All bets are accepted at we333's sole discretion. we333 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without explanation.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet slip issued, the bet is binding and may not be cancelled by the player except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and utilised prior to settlement.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other extraordinary circumstance, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the we333 sportsbook rules page.
• Obvious pricing errors in odds — for example, where a heavily favoured team is incorrectly priced as a significant underdog — will result in the voiding of affected bets regardless of the outcome of the event.
• In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of play (e.g., wickets, goals, video reviews). Bets submitted during a market suspension will be voided.
• we333 applies maximum win limits per bet and per event. These limits are published in the sportsbook rules and may differ by sport and market.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we333 platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the we333 platform, including for gameplay, data scraping, or bonus accumulation.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, chip dumping, or match-fixing.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geographic restriction, or account verification procedure implemented by we333.
• Using the we333 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Registering under a false identity or misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction of residence.
• Accessing the we333 platform from a jurisdiction in which your use of the platform is prohibited by applicable local law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward we333 staff or other players via any communication channel.

10 Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

we333 is required by its regulatory obligations to conduct identity verification on all players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. By registering an account, you consent to the KYC process and undertake to provide the documentation requested promptly and honestly.

• Required Documents: Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address dated within the last three months, and a recent selfie photograph. For cryptocurrency users, we333 may additionally request source of funds documentation.
• Timing: we333 may request KYC documentation at any stage of a player's account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or following a material change in account activity.
• Non-Compliance: Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by we333 will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.
• Data Handling: All identity documents submitted to we333 are handled in accordance with the we333 Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

11 Responsible Gaming

we333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on its platform. The following provisions form part of we333's responsible gaming obligations:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours.
• Session duration alerts and automatic session pausing tools are available to all players.
• Cool-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days may be applied by the player at any time. During a cool-off period, the player may not make deposits or place bets on we333.
• Players who wish to exclude themselves permanently from the we333 platform may request self-exclusion via the account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and is irrevocable for the minimum period selected by the player.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the we333 platform, including but not limited to the we333 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, written content, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of we333 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the we333 platform solely for your personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any we333 content without the prior written consent of we333.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we333 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the we333 platform.

• we333's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• we333 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• we333 is not responsible for any loss arising from third-party actions, including actions by payment processors, internet service providers, or telecommunications networks.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

we333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary terms applicable to specific services.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months (dormant account policy).
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the player using a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. In cases of closure for breach of these Terms, we333 may, at its discretion, withhold funds pending investigation.

15 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the we333 platform, including a disputed bet or transaction, we request that you follow the formal complaints procedure outlined below:

1. Initial Contact: Contact the we333 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected], setting out the nature of your complaint and any supporting evidence.
2. Response Timeline: we333 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to we333's compliance team by responding to the original communication and stating your request for escalation.
4. External Dispute Resolution: If your dispute remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, you may refer it to the independent dispute resolution body designated by we333's regulatory authority. Details of this body are published on the licensing authority's public register.

16 Amendments to These Terms

we333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the we333 platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required by regulatory obligation or emergency circumstances.

Your continued use of the we333 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

17 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we333's operating entity is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents we333 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or the integrity of the platform.
